The McKinley Project included the construction of an 8 story (6 residential floors over 2 parking floors) dormitory for the McKinley Foundation of the University of Illinois. The structure consists of a combination of a steel moment resisting frame with a concentrically braced frame. A Helitach pile foundation was used.
