There are four main aspects of the Pine Ravine Masterplan revolving around the primary goal of creating a sustainable environment. The first aspect deals with water conservation and retention, the second with energy consumption using passive solar heating and cooling systems, the third is an enhanced awareness and understanding of material use, and the fourth aspect id the recombination of these disparate systems, sythesized inot a high, quality innovative design.
