The Tempe Rio Salado Master Plan provides for the development of the Salt River corridor and adjacent land within the city of Tempe, Arizona. It is intended to be a multiple use project which designates the land use areas along the proposed chain of lakes and ground water recharge area to inclue wildlife habitat sanctuaries, parks, recreation and commercial development.
