Mr. Kennedy joined PREPARE in 2009 as the primary developer and instructor for the PREPARE Building Systems Course. Mr. Kennedy's education, life experiences and passion for teaching others is what makes him the best instructor for the Building Systems Course.

Mr. Kennedy is concurrently employed at the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute located in Tampa, Floiday (1999 - present) as the Design & Facility Manager. Mr. Kennedy received a Master of Architecture from the University of South Florida (2001) and a Bachelor of Science in Oceanographic Technology from the Florida Institute of Technology (1988)
